The past is remembered. Live in the present. The future is in you.

I believe mostly everybody likes at least some attention. I admit it. For instance, I am on social media. (That is attention.) Usually, uploaded pictures and videos from social media are the highlights of somebody's life.
It depends on what type of attention I want though. Heck, I hate receiving overflowing, on-going junk (unnecessary) e-mail.
Do you like the attention of owning the "top of the line" possessions to impress people? Nope. (Before I was because I wanted to be better than them.) Possessions do not last forever. As time goes by, the value of the possession dies down. (Becomes obsolete.) Back in the day, I consistently replaced the obsolete to brand new ones. (On-going cycle to just impress people.)
Would I like full-on attention if I were the Greatest of All-Time (GOAT) NBA legend basketball player, Michael Jordan? No, I want my space. (Too much to handle 24/7.)
Honestly, I do not want to win people over anymore. (Back in the day, I wanted to become Mr. Popular.) I already have enough good friends. Now, I see it is a waste of time to impress people.
First and foremost, focus on my own significance and importance. (Love my priorities.) Would you do anything to receive attention? Like say, jump over a cliff. No way.
