The past is remembered. Live in the moment. The future is in you.
-Mike Caceres, who is a blogger, hiker, and traveler
Relationships are never perfect. Eventually, disagreements will occur from time to time. Toughest part is resolving the conflict.
I do not yell anymore in disagreements. Unlike before, I have controlled my anger. Yelling and whining will never go anywhere. (Lesson learned.) In resolving the conflict, I respect the person's side of the story, even if I am against it.
For instance, I had a disagreement with somebody. He is against (paid) online dating apps because I might meet a serial killer. He would rather have me date somebody only through mutual friends.
You can say what you want about me. I respect your feedback. I appreciate your honesty. Yes, I know you are very concerned about me. (I understand.) Thus, you are going for what is best for me.
Then again, it is up to me. I am sorry.
