The past is remembered. Live in the moment. The future is in you.
-Mike Caceres, who is a blogger, hiker, and traveler
As I sit here eating at a Thai restaurant, I think about my birthday coming up soon on February 3.
Few weeks ago, my close friend asked me, "What are you doing on your birthday?" I answered, "I have no idea. It's whatever."
Then, he said, "You sound depressed."
I will be 30 years old. As I get older, I cannot even remember my past birthday moments. Every year, more birthdays to come. (It is a cycle but I am getting older obviously.) Truthfully, my mind cannot pick up every birthday moment from when I was born until now.
My younger self would say something like, "Whew, my birthday is coming up."
Accept and appreciate life, and keep moving forward. Yuh.
