The past is remembered. Live in the moment. The future is in you.

52) Be Optimistic

All of my close friends have been telling me something like, "You are too negative." Lately, I have been too hard on myself. (You can see it on my last entry posted, "On a Lonely Night.")

How to be optimistic?

Turn negativity into a positivity.

Negativity: My birthday coming up is nothing really special. As of now, I have experienced it the last 29 years of my life. It is a cycle, except I am aging.

Positivity: I am ready for my birthday coming up. Celebrate my birthday. Be grateful for where I am right now. I will be turning 30. (My 30 special moments and counting) It is a reflection of my life.

How to stay optimistic every day?
Importantly, meditation solves everything. It enhances quality of life by improving mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well being. For instance, one of my close friends wrote a blog post, "How Meditation Helped Me Cope With A Breakup."

(Tomorrow, I will slowly start meditating. Clearly, it is going to be tough. I rarely meditate. Reading my close friend's blog, "Meditating Millennial," has made me consider doing meditation.)

Be optimistic, and keep moving forward.

I copied the awkward pose of the greeting Christmas card from James Franco's recent movie, "Why Him?" Photo shown below of my weirdness and awkwardness. Be happy. (This is random.)
