I capture a selfie moment with lively dog (picture shown above).
  • My phone is fully charged.
  • My car is fully gassed up.
  • I smile at a very attractive lady, then she smiles back at me.
  • I get a fresh cut from my barber.
  • I make a great play in basketball and/or tennis.
  • My junk email ever gets empty.
  • I learn something new.
  • My coaching/teaching skills were successfully applied to my student.
  • I completed my task on time.
  • I slowly donate my possessions (or else they will continually get dusty).
  • I rest at least 8 hours of sleep the night before.
  • I drink a cup of straight, black coffee to start my day.
  • I have done something productive by the end of the day.
  • (And the list goes on.)

Honestly, it is impossible to stay constantly happy every second, every minute, every hour, every day, and every year.
(We have many emotions, unless you are a robot. In the texting world, there are not enough emojis compared to our "real" emotions.) For instance, I was not the happiest person in the world when my sister died unexpectedly, tragically.

(Knowing my sister, she does not want me to mourn her loss. Instead, she wants me to be happy. If I am happy, she will be happy as well.)

How can you be happy?

Go with what makes you happy. Go for your happiness.
