42) My Christmas Spirit

Ever since my sister passed away in 2003, my parents and I do not celebrate Christmas as much as before.

Photo shown below was taken in East Meadow, NY. (Some time in 1992 or 1993.)

First and foremost, we always visit my sister's gravestone. We have lessened our Christmas spirit.

(No more installing Christmas decorated lights on house. No more setting up Christmas tree. No more attending family occasions. No more exchanging gifts.)

​However, we still consistently attend Christmas mass together. Other than that, my family and I just stay home together.

Spreading my Christmas spirit at home with the family: Jam Christmas music, watch Christmas movies and/or music videos, and eat lots of food.

Also, watch all day NBA basketball games.(Obviously, I never get tired of watching basketball. Sorry, parents.)
